  • When will my order be shipped?

    Orders placed on business days before 17:00 are shipped as quickly as possible. Please allow 2-4 business days for delivery.

    Want it in hand before the festival starts? Order by Tuesday 18 August at the latest.

  • What sizes does your clothing come in?

    We use unisex sizing. Not sure which size to pick? Go for the larger one, unless stated otherwise.

  • How can I track my order?

    As soon as your order has been shipped, you'll receive a track & trace link by email.

  • I received the wrong item or a damaged item, what now?

    Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via the contact form with your order number and a photo of the item, and we'll work with you to find a suitable solution.

  • Which payment providers can I use?

    iDeal, creditcard and both Apple- & Google-pay are available.

  • Do you ship outside of the Netherlands?

    Yes, we ship outside of the Netherlands.
